Professional Service Fees
Professional service fees help cover the time, expertise, research, and personalized support involved in planning and managing your travel arrangements. Fees listed below are standard starting amounts and are in addition to any charges from airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers.

Simple Air – Canada, USA, Caribbean	25 CAD per ticket
Complex / International Air	50–75 CAD per ticket
Air & Hotel Package (including all-inclusive)	50 CAD per traveller
Hotel-Only Booking	50 CAD per booking
Cruise (3–5 nights)	50 CAD per guest
Cruise (6–10 nights)	75 CAD per guest
Cruise (10+ nights)	100 CAD per guest
Custom Trip / Fully Independent Travel	150–200 CAD per trip
Group Travel (8+ travellers)	200 CAD per group
Changes to Tickets / Hotels / Itineraries	50 CAD per change

Agency professional service fees are 100% non-refundable and are separate from the cost of your travel arrangements. Any supplier-imposed fees, penalties, or charges from airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, or other travel providers are additional
